Documents Help
These notes are to help you to get the most out of your newly downloaded documents. The following are just hints, which you may or may not choose to follow.
- Adding Your Firm’s Name and Logo
Once you have downloaded your chosen documents you may want to customise them by adding your firm’s name and or logo. This can be done by cutting and pasting your logo and adding your firm’s name. At the beginning of some of the documents space has been left so that you may personalise the document by adding your firm’s name, e.g. < FIRM’S NAME >
- Appointed Representative Agreement
Clause 8. (Payment and Commission and Fees), section viii of the AR agreement allows you to decide what percentage interest to charge on a debt, e.g. < ** %> above the <STATE BANK> this section should be amended to suit your business requirements.
- What to do if you have a complaint document
This document can either be customised as in point 1. above, or it can be printed directly onto your firm’s headed paper before it is sent to the customer.
- Demands and Needs Template
This document has been designed for you to create your own document by filling in under the headings.
- Level of Service – e.g. “advice and recommendation” or “information only”
- Status Disclosure – e.g. “whole of the market”; “a limited number of companies” or a “single group of companies”
The notes are the bottom of the template are there for you as an aide memoir and should be removed once the document has been constructed and before the document is used.
